Catching Academy
The C2 Catching Academy is an 8 week catching program from June 10-July 31 with 2 make up weeks added for missed classes. The Academy is run by C2 Catching director at Complete Game by Ryan Maylie and Carter Davis. The Academy will have a focus on mobility, blocking, receiving, arm care, and footwork/throwing to bases.

-Youth Beginner
Once a week:
- Wednesdays 7-8pm starting June 10
- Ages: 7-13
- Cost: $175
-Youth Advanced
Once a week:
- Fridays 6-7pm starting June 12
- Ages: 8-13
- Cost: $175 (assessment optional with an additional cost)
-High School Advanced
Twice a week:
- Wednesday 8-9:15 starting June 10
- Friday 7-8:15
- Ages: 14-18
- Cost: $375 (assessment included)

Assessment:
The assessment for the C2 Catching Academy is required and included in the price for the High School Advanced Academy and optional for the Youth Advanced Academy. In this assessment players will be tested on hip and shoulder mobility, overhead squat, grip strength and catching metrics. Catching metrics will include: pop time, exchange time, throwing velocity and lateral blocking. Athletes will be given personalized mobility exercises to increase athleticism behind the plate along with arm care based off of their assessment numbers.
